Yes! Forever Fit does actually go by our French name which is en forme pour toujours.
Do I need an assessment?
All new clients first have an initial assessment. This allows us to gather several key bits of information to help us better understand your current condition and needs. It's
essential for us know if there are any contraindications to exercise that may be present in every client as well as several other key factors.
This initial assessment typically lasts about 90 minutes. There is an initial cost of the first assessment and all follow up assessment are free.
Quick assessments are performed approximately every 2 weeks and more in depth assessments are performed about every 45-60 days.
Assessments are vital for your progress as it shows several aspects for monitoring your success. By breaking down many variables in your personal fitness profile we are able
to consistently adjust your program to allow you to achieve your goals. Assessments are also motivators as changes in your success can be read and measured.
How many times a week am I expected to train?
Most clients of Forever Fit train 2 or 3 days a week however there are no contracts to bind you into any commitment. You are free to train on your own any follow our
program and have us visit for updates. There are a few factors that will determine you training frequency, which are: what we find in your assessment, your personal goals
and of course your budget! At Forever Fit we are very flexible and here to help you attain your fitness goals.
Where do the training sessions take place?
Sessions take place in the comfort of your own home. Forever Fit will not train clients in any commercial gym settings.
What types of people can Forever Fit train?
Forever Fit is certified in assessing, training and rehabilitating all populations. This includes all ages, all fitness levels and clients with disease.
What type of programs can Forever Fit offer?
No matter what your fitness or health goals are, they are all with in your reach at Forever Fit. Our strength resides in the fact that we tailor all programs to your own
needs and goals after consulting with you.
When can I expect to start seeing results?
Results will vary depending upon your commitment to your program and the goals

Can I train with a friend or member of my family?
Definitely! This is a popular way for clients to train. Along with the extra motivation from training with a partner there is also a discount. Call or email us for details.
Will I need to buy equipment?
Forever Fit will bring the necessary functional equipment to your residence to help you achieve your desired goals. It is expected that all clients purchase the basic equipment
with one month or when feasible. This shows commitment on your part to continue training on your own. All professional equipment used is available through Forever Fit.

How long is each training session?
Training sessions are one hour long.
How much space is needed?
The space needed to train is minimal. The smallest area would be the size of a typical bed or dining room table.
Will I need to do cardiovascular training?
Every person and program is unique therefore a consultation would be necessary to evaluate your needs. If cardiovascular training is necessary it can be accomplished in a
variety of ways. It is always advised that you try to do some form of cardiovascular training on your off days to encourage a positive lifestyle change. This can be
something as simple going for a walk or doing an activity that you already enjoy. There are also specific endurance exercises that we will teach you some lasting as little as
20-30 seconds at a time.
Do you teach Cardio Kickboxing?
Yes.
Are there any commitment contracts?
No. We do not enforce any such contracts.
